This paper aims to assess the control mechanism's efficiency and flow pattern in pipe. The was investigated for Mach numbers M = 1.25, 1.3, 1.48, 1.6, 1.8, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 a step height of 3 mm. NPRs tests were from 11 3. revealed minimum duct requirement given number NPR as L 2D. Only some selected cases where mechanism impacts considerably are presented. In most cases, field same. There is reversal field; only such discussed. At low numbers, regulator raises pressure, rest findings reduce pressure except at 9 3.0, reversed trend.
